IS HEMP MARIJUANA?

Hemp is not Marijuana. Marijuana AKA Cannabis L. Sativa and all parts there of with more than .3% THC is different from hemp based on the cannabinoid content. Hemp has high levels of CBD from 8%-25% with low levels of THC. To be Hemp the cannabis must have equal to or less than .3% THC.

 

CAN I FAIL A DRUG TEST?

The short of it is Yes. You can pop positive taking CBD oils and edibles containing the legal THC amount of .3% Delta 9 THC. Not to worry our tinctures are THC free.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO GROW HEMP?

To grow Hemp in Texas a cultivator would need a Hemp Producers license $100 facility permit $100 and lot permit (one per variety grown) $100. These three licenses/permits are the required documentation needed to be a legal hemp grower.

Hemp is often thought of as the tall, thin, seed bearing, stalk like plants used for making rope, clothes and sails. This is still true but the law now encompasses the growth and use of the seed-LESS form containing the legal amount of .3% THC or less.
